Product Support Specialist

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction by responding to support inquiries, resolving issues with care and efficiency, and advocating for the needs of our users. What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets, providing timely and professional assistance
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our software and guide customers toward effective resolutions
- Maintain a clear focus on resolving inquiries efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
- Deliver consistent, high-quality support while representing the Terros brand
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex issues
- Adhere to internal processes and contribute to the ongoing improvement of support workflows
- Participate in an on-call support rotation for after-hours or urgent needs
About You
- 1+ years in a customer support, technical support, or help desk role
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt
- Dependable and self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Background in computer science or IT support is a plus
