This role sits directly between sales, operations, and growth.

You’ve built automations, workflows, or outbound systems before. Not theoretical. Real execution.

What You’ll Do:
Improve and Automate Our Sales Motion
Build and optimize outbound workflows using AI and automation tools
Reduce manual work across SDR and AE functions
Own Targeting and Data Quality
Improve how we identify and prioritize ideal customers
Build better prospecting systems and lists
Increase Pipeline Output
Improve response rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline efficiency
Identify gaps in the funnel and fix them
Run Experiments That Drive Growth
Test messaging, tools, and automation strategies
Quickly implement what works
Bring New Ideas to the Table
Introduce tools and workflows we’re not currently using
Help us stay ahead in how we apply AI to sales
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
You’ve spent time in sales, ops, growth, or a similar environment and understand how revenue teams work
You’ve used AI or automation tools to actually build something or improve a workflow
You’re naturally curious and spend time exploring new tools, prompts, or systems
You’re comfortable working across different tools, data, and processes
You take ownership and like solving problems without needing step-by-step direction
Tools You’ll Likely Work With:
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
Clay
Apollo
Zapier
Salesforce
OpenAI API or other LLM APIs
Shortcut, Airtable, or similar internal tooling
Other AI agents, scraping tools, or workflow builders you bring to the table
What This Role Is NOT:
Not entry-level
Not purely strategic with no execution
Not a traditional slow-moving RevOps role
We need someone who can both think and build.
