Technical Account Manager & Systems Architect
Technical Account Manager & Systems Architect (Experience Team)
Location: Irvine, CA — In Office
About Terros
We help companies optimize field sales teams with software that improves canvassing, lead generation, and revenue. At Terros, we don’t just use technology; we master it. We are looking for a hybrid Systems Architect and Account Manager to join our Experience Team to bridge the gap between high-level client strategy and cutting-edge internal automation.
Role Overview
This is a dual-mission role. Your primary objective is to architect the "engine" of our internal operations, using AI and automation to eliminate manual tasks within the Experience Org. As you master our systems, you will pivot outward, acting as the primary Technical Advisor for our strategic accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' workflows are as automated and efficient as our own.
Key Responsibilities
1. Systems Architecture & AI Integration (Internal)
Process Audit: Shadow internal teams to identify manual, repetitive tasks and replace them with smart, automated AI workflows.
The "Engine" Builder: Build and maintain seamless "bridges" between internal tools (CRM, Support, Project Management) so data flows autonomously across departments.
AI Deployment: Implement AI tools for internal data analysis, automated content drafting, and executive reporting.
2. Strategic Account Management (External)
Technical Advisor: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, translating complex technical configurations into clear business value.
Integration Support: Act as the technical lead for client-side integrations, ensuring Terros talks perfectly to the client’s existing tech stack (APIs, CRMs, etc.).
Business Reviews: Drive adoption planning and executive communications, using data-driven insights to identify expansion and retention opportunities.
3. Documentation & Training
Create "low-jargon" guides and playbooks to help both internal team members and clients adopt the new automated systems you build.
The Ideal Profile
The Logic Expert: You are obsessed with efficiency. You can take a messy, 10-step manual process and turn it into a 2-step automated one.
AI-First Mindset: You don't just know about AI; you know how to apply it to real-world business bottlenecks.
Adaptive Communicator: You can build complex systems in the morning and explain them simply to a non-technical CEO in the afternoon.
Qualifications
Required
4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Management).
Advanced Low-Code/No-Code Mastery: Expert-level skills in platforms like Zapier, Make, Airtable, or Retool to build functional business solutions.
AI Literacy: Practical experience prompts-engineering or deploying AI-driven workflows to solve operational problems.
Systems Thinking: The ability to see how different parts of a business connect and influence one another.
Preferred
Experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup or B2B technology environment.
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data migration best practices.
Background in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems (MIS), or Business Operations.
Why Join Terros?
Shape the Role: You are building the blueprint for how our Experience Org scales.
Cutting-Edge Stack: Work in an environment that encourages the use of the latest AI and automation tools.
In-Person Collaboration: A high-accountability, high-energy office culture in the heart of Irvine.
