As a former Senior Software Engineering Manager at Amazon and VP of Software Engineering at Avetta, I've led multiple teams in developing cutting-edge technologies and scalable solutions.

My experience spans from startups to Fortune 500 companies, giving me a unique perspective on talent needs across various stages of company growth. I've founded successful ventures like Rockclimbing.com and SharedTree, demonstrating my ability to identify and nurture innovative ideas.

Currently, as Co-Founder, President, and CTO of Terros, I'm leading a team developing sales performance solutions that have proven to significantly boost efficiency. My background in both technical and business roles, including an MBA from UC Irvine, allows me to understand the full spectrum of skills needed in today's tech landscape.

I'm passionate about building high-performing teams and identifying top talent that can drive technological innovation and business growth.
