Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will resonate with the following statements:

Key Responsibilities
Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
Understand our competitor's product offerings
Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics
Communicate product changes to both internal teams and external customers
Hold early customers hands as we roll out new products
Validate product changes by our tech team
Heavy bias toward using ai tools, including:
Mocking up designs prior to writing PRDs
Using agents to automate as much as possible
"Other duties as assigned" - we are a startup and need someone that can get their hands dirty with whatever needs to get done
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1+ years of software marketing/product management experience
Experience using ai to code, create, or automate
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Able to communicate with and influence developers /cross-functional teams without formal authority
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience with SaaS products
Familiarity with data analytics tools
Proficiency in project management software
