Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will resonate with the following statements:

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback

• Understand our competitor's product offerings

• Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics

• Communicate product changes to both internal teams and external customers

• Hold early customers hands as we roll out new products

• Validate product changes by our tech team

• Heavy bias toward using ai tools, including:

  • Mocking up designs prior to writing PRDs

  • Using agents to automate as much as possible

• "Other duties as assigned" - we are a startup and need someone that can get their hands dirty with whatever needs to get done

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• 1+ years of software marketing/product management experience

• Experience using ai to code, create, or automate

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Able to communicate with and influence developers /cross-functional teams without formal authority

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS products

• Familiarity with data analytics tools

• Proficiency in project management software
